SHIPPING
- Items ship US stateside USPS-United States Postal Service 1st class with insurance $9.95
- Priority mail $50 insurance available upon request before invoicing
- Extra insurance upon request before invoicing.
- We recommend insurance over $100….. not mandatory
- We ship Internationally. Please wait for a shipping quote before purchasing. We are not responsible for duty costs to your country.
- We are not responsible for lost items once mailed
- Any item over $300 a signature is required
- We can combine items whenever possible!
RETURNS
- Returns may be accepted when return is shipped up to 3 days from delivery date of the item. Please contact us for approval and stating reasons why. We do not accept returns for ‘buyers’ remorse, too heavy, don’t like or changed my mind”. Must have a valid reason, so please go over measurements, weights and ask questions before purchasing. Returns must be paid by the buyer returning the item w/insurance and tracking where applicable. Must be in the same exact condition. Our goal is satisfied buyers!
- If your item is damaged in-transit, please follow the insurance purchased w/your local post office
- There is a restocking fee of 3% on all orders returned.

- REPAIRS AND RESTORATION
- We offer REPAIRS and RESTORATION to your Southwestern and Native American pieces. Sometimes we can redesign heirloom items that have been handed down or your favorite keepsakes into new designs! Missing and cracked stones are common. Save those beauties for a fresh and longer life!
